Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Aquasplash Academy Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”).

  • We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon full payment.

  • Fees must be paid in advance before the first class of each term.

  • Payments are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by Aquasplash.

  • Trial classes or assessments are only offered once per student.

3. Class Attendance & Make-up Policy

  • Punctuality is expected. Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class.

  • If a student misses a class due to illness or emergencies, one (1) make-up class per term may be offered with at least 24 hours’ notice and supporting documentation.

  • Missed classes without prior notice are forfeited and not refundable or transferable.

  • Make-up classes are subject to slot availability and must be completed within the same term.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are not eligible for refunds.

  • In the event of pool closure or unforeseen events (e.g., weather, facility maintenance), Aquasplash will reschedule the affected class.

  • Refunds are only provided if Aquasplash cancels a program entirely and is unable to provide alternatives.

5. Health & Safety

  • Students must be medically fit to participate in swimming activities. Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions upon registration.

  • Children must be supervised by a parent/guardian outside class time.

  • Aquasplash reserves the right to deny entry or discontinue participation for students displaying symptoms of contagious illness.

6. Swimwear & Equipment

  • Proper swim attire is mandatory. Goggles, swim caps, and towels must be brought by each participant.

  • No floatation devices are allowed unless approved by coaches.

  • Valuables should not be brought to the facility; Aquasplash is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Code of Conduct

  • Respectful behavior is expected from all swimmers and accompanying adults.

  • Disruptive behavior, bullying, or disrespect toward coaches or other students will not be tolerated and may result in suspension without refund.

  • Coaches reserve the right to remove a student from class if safety or learning is compromised.

8. Liability Waiver

  • By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept the risks associated with swimming activities.

  • Aquasplash and its employees shall not be held liable for any injuries, loss, or damages incurred during participation, except where proven to be caused by gross negligence.

9. Use of Photos & Videos

  • Photos or videos may be taken during classes for promotional use on our website or social media channels.

  • If you do not wish for your or your child’s image to be used, please notify us in writing.

10. Website Use

  • All content on our website is the intellectual property of Aquasplash Academy Sdn. Bhd. and may not be reproduced without permission.

  • Any misuse, hacking attempts, or fraudulent use of our booking system may result in legal action.
